About M.Tech. Programme on IoT and Sensor Systems
The M.Tech. Programme on Internet of Things (IoT) and Sensor Systems aims to equip students with the knowledge and technical skills to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge IoT solutions and sensor based technologies to meet the requirements of industry and society. It will emphasize both theoretical concepts and practical experience to produce technocrats who can address real-world challenges in various domains. The programme provides orientation towards Sensor Technology, Sensor Networking, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Control and Automation. The programme inspires the students to explore sensors used in various domains such as automotive, transportation, aerospace, health care, agriculture, environment monitoring and communication etc. The students will be exposed to recent developments in these areas through industry - institute interaction, guest lectures and hands-on training based workshops carried out under MOU. The students of this course who are ready to adopt latest technologies irrespective of domain constraints position themselves to be a prospective candidate for dynamic demands of industries.
Vision
